摘 要:
研究了一种基于三维电极电化学反应器处理有机废水的新方法,采用活化后的活性炭作为粒子电极,通过产生·OH自由基有效降解废水中的EDTA,其去除率受进水pH、电流、电导率等影响较大。通过对电解后活性炭的红外光谱分析,发现在·OH自由基的作用下,EDTA首先被降解成伯胺等中间产物,进而又被矿化为CO2、H2O和NH3。在进水pH为6.0,进水流量200mL/min,水温25℃,电导率1.50ms/cm,电流为200mA时,电解1小时,TOC的去除率可以达到96.40%。经50次循环实验,TOC去除率仍可保持在90%以上,重现性良好。

The research on the degradation of EDTA organic wastewater through three-dimensional electrode electrochemistry reactor Abstract: A new methodology of wastewater disposal based on three-dimensional electrode electrochemistry reactor using activated carbon as the granule electrode,and effectively degenerating EDTA in wastewater through produced ·OH was investigated. The removal rate could be signally influenced by pH,current,conductivity,et al.Through infrared spectrum analysis of electrolyzed activated carbon, it was discovered that in the presence of ·OH, EDTA was degraded primarily to be primary amine and other intermediary products, and then mineralized to be CO2, H2O and NH3.The TOC elimination rate arrived at 96.40% with the inlet pH being 6.0, the inflow 200mL/min, the water temperature 25℃, the conductivity 1.50ms/cm, the electric current 200mA, and 1 hour of electrolysis.The removal rate could still be maintained above 90% after 50 circulation experiment, the repeatability being good.
